My Approach & How We Work Together
I like to keep things as simple and as straight-forward as possible.
I get to know you both, understand your day and what’s important to you.
We plan photography that melts comfortably into your day and enhances its natural flow.
It’s about building your trust, so that you are confident that I understand what you want, so you can be as relaxed as possible on your day.
I combine documentary photography with some subtly curated moments that create space & capture you and your loved ones at your best.
What to expect…
1. INITIAL ENQUIRY | CHATS & QUESTIONS
Let me know your wedding date, venue and a bit about you both and what you know you want/don’t want. I’ll respond within 48hours with my availability, more information and suggestions for a time to arrange a video/phone to meet if you’d like to? Questions….ask as many questions as you like & I’ll do the same.
2. CONFIRMATION | BOOKING
To book in your wedding photography please confirm via email and I will send an invoice for 25% deposit & a formal agreement to get it all booked in.
3. 3RD WHEELING PHOTO DATE (Add on option £450)
Book in our date, a hike, coffee or glass of wine; either when you book or up to a month before the wedding date. We meet, chat about your day, plan your photography and take some photos of you both.
Within 14 days you’ll have a small gallery of images sent to you that you will LOVE.
4. FINAL DETAILS | FINAL PAYMENTS
One month before the wedding I’ll send the final deposit and a list of questions to confirm any details I require for the day including group photos.
5. WEDDING DAY!
A DOCUMENTARY PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE
Generally I blend into your day like another guest, get stuck in where I’m needed (button holes, flower drying etc…) and document the day as it naturally unfolds
SUBTLE CURATED MOMENTS
On occasion, we will plan moments throughout the day when we steal away with the two of you, groups of family and/or groups of friends, bridal/groom’s party
MINI ADVENTURE
There might be somewhere you’d like to go, a journey you’d like to take just the two of you or with particular people.
Eg…Tram ride, field frolics, horse ride…we’ll fit it in to your plan
6. AFTER THE WEDDING
Sneak peaks within 5 days of the wedding I’ll send you few of my favourite photos from the day.
6-8 weeks from the wedding date I’ll send your digital wedding album via your online gallery.
7. STAY IN TOUCH
I love to keep in touch via social media and email.
It’s brings me joy to see how your journey continues and capturing other parts of the adventure. Whether for a family shoot (as your family grows), an anniversary couple shoot or a brand shoot for your business.
Let’s keep things as simple and as stress free as possible.
Every couple is different and I will listen to what you want and support you to decide what you want or don’t want.
