About me
Hi I’m Laura,
I am an artist and photographer, a Step-Mum, Mum (of a pre-school child) and wife of Jim. I’ve created photographs for big global brands to small start ups, musicians, painters, artists commissions and community projects. I say this to assure you that you are in safe hands. The art of portraiture is where my current practice sits and story-telling for artists allows me to do this in a way that is useful and supportive of my community.
After being a free spirit for many years, I moved back to Worcestershire and am reminded of the wealth of connection, community and richness that this rural area offers. I want to support it, be part of it and increase the work I create within it.
Hence this project, which is an offer, an invite for us to support each other, tell the story of the amazing artistic talent that is in this rural area.
